    Shipping time

    After your order is complete, it takes us 2-4 business days to produce your order and our shipping takes 7-14 business days. However, please allow 2-3 weeks of delivery time (due to the COVID-19 situation)

    We use China Postal Express & Logistics, YunExpress, CJ Packet, USPS, or UPS to ship our orders depending on our location and available stock.

    Tracking

    We will send the tracking number to your email or SMS when the goods have been shipped out of our warehouse.

    Once the order ships, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the postal system. Please note that your order is actually on its way and there is no delay in the package, only the tracking number status. After this period, you can track your order on your country's post office website or https://www.aenro.net/pages/track-order

    Wrong address

    It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

    Lost or stolen package

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information says your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this to your carrier. If you have any further questions about this, please contact our customer service team.
